Horizons is a feeder project for Reality Estate. Aspects of the stories collected from this project will be turned into scores and sung by various choirs participating in the Reality Estate project.
This project came about because young people on the Five Ways Estate wanted to take part in drama that would strive away from the negative issues facing young people.
Working with a variety of artists at the Curio City Shop they devised a song and dance performance around their dreams and aspirations.

The Planning
A slideshow featuring stills from the planning stages of the project. Includes the song writing, script development and dance workshops.
Young people also wanted to integrate media into the final live performance. Artists helped the group to work up a multimedia piece of sound and graphics to accompany the final performance piece.
Everything has been created by the group with artists as facilitators.
